• During normal business hours, your call will be answered to determine extent of the emergency.  Depending on our doctor availability, an appointment may be scheduled or a doctor may recommend the best medical option for your pet.
  

• After hours your call will be forwarded to our answering service and will be
  directed to one of the following emergency facilities:
  
  Veterinary Specialists of the Valley, Woodland Hills;
  
  Pet Emergency Clinic, Thousand Oaks;
  
  VCA McClaves, Reseda;
  
  Chatoak Pet Clinic (open until midnight) in Granada Hills.
